SINOSURE Signed Cooperation Agreements with CRRC

　　On December 19, 2023, SINOSURE and CRRC Corporation Limited (CRRC) signed two agreements respectively on strategic cooperation and on specialized cooperation during a meeting between SINOSURE Chairman Song Shuguang and CRRC Chairman Sun Yongcai, at CRRC’s Headquaters in Beijing.

　　Chairman Sun highly appreciated the two companies’ partnership, and expressed CRRC’s willingness to deepen cooperation with SINOSURE by further leveraging mutual strengths and advantages.

　　Chairman Song responded that as a policy-oriented insurance company, SINOSURE would continue to provide tailored and professional services to CRRC in overseas market development and credit information, especially in fields of high-end rail transportation, wind power equipment and EVs.

　　Under the witness of the two leaders, Zhang Hui, SINOSURE Vice President, and Li Zheng, CRRC Chief Accountant signed the Agreement of Strategic Cooperation. The Agreement on Specialized Cooperation (2023–2024) was signed by head of SINOSURE Strategic Clients Service Department II and General Manager of CRRC International Business Department.
