Chairman Song Shuguang Delivers Keynote Speech at the Thematic Forum on Trade Connectivity of the 3rd BRF

　　On October 18, 2023, SINOSURE Chairman Song Shuguang attended the Thematic Forum on Trade Connectivity of the Third Belt and Road Forum for International Cooperation (the 3rd BRF). The thematic forum, hosted by the Ministry of Commerce and co-sponsored by the General Administration of Customs, the State Taxation Administration, the Export-Import Bank of China, and SINOSURE, attracted more than 300 guests from 37 countries, 4 international organizations, and the business community. The guests spoke highly of the positive outcomes in trade connectivity reached since the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) was put forward ten years ago, and carried out in-depth exchanges on advancing high-level trade connectivity, including ensuring resilience and stability of the industrial chain and supply chain and promoting cross-border e-commerce and green trade.

　　Chairman Song delivered a keynote speech at the thematic forum, highlighting the unique and critical role of export credit insurance in promoting the economic and trade development of the BRI participating countries. He stated that SINOSURE would make greater efforts in promoting sustainable growth through innovating products and services, exploring approaches of industrial chain insurance, and enhancing international exchanges and mutual learning. “We will work with global partners to inject more certainty, stability and positive energy into the world economy and trade, contributing to the steady and long-term development of BRI cooperation.”
